Nashville's Mini Las Vegas
This week we will discover the fun and excitment of Broadway street in Downtown Nashville. This has become one of my favorite places to go. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day there is always something happening on Broadway. Broadway is more than the bars. There are several shops to get Nashville original souveirs, amazing cowboy boots, unique clothing stores and more.
This is a unique boutique because it is all retro inspired clothing. The designer/owner is a native Russian. Make sure if you are ever on Broadway St. that you go by and visit the ladies at the boutique. In the meantime you can visit them on line at www.tatyana.com.
Coyote Ugly Saloon is the most famous bar in the United States and is now in 14 locations across the country. There are now Coyote Ugly Saloon's in Russia, Germany and Ukraine. Lilliana Lovell is the founder of Coyote Ugly Saloon. To find out more about Coyote Ugly check out their website at www.coyoteuglysaloon.com
Tootsies was originally named Mom's. Tootsie Bess bought the lounge in 1960. The name of the bar is credited to the painter who painted the bar orchid. That is how it got it's name Tootsies Orchid Lounge. Many famous stars and singers have visited Tootisies over the years as well as several movies have been filmed at Tootsies. If you want to find out more about this famous lounge go to www.tootsies.net
Next time you are in Nashville make sure to take a trip down to Broadway street and checkout the fun and exciting places that Broadway has to offer. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Next week we will be checking out an exciting new development taking place on the West side of Nashville.
